I WISH I'D READ THESE REVIEWS... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CHOOSING PRINTS THAT NEVER APPEAR
I wished I'd read the reviews before I placed my order three weeks ago, a rooky error, I know. I could copy and paste my experience as the same as everyone else who has left a review Although I have stayed at home on three occasions waiting for prints and frames that never arrive. Can't believe this company is so poor. Their website is very slick, perhaps they were reliable once upon a time. I will be asking for a refund now.
Cannot contact customer service and…
Cannot contact customer service and order still not received. I have rang several times and received an automated response to call back the following day! On one occasion told to call back when they re-open later that afternoon at 3.30 p.m. They have now started using Evri courier service who have the worst reputation ever! Evri were to delivery 3 parcels from a different company I used before Christmas - they never arrived. I was reluctant to place an order with Desenio when realising they now use Evri, as opposed to UPS (who they previously used) and I had never had a problem with. Trying to track my item is useless. There has been no movement since 29 January. I have used Desenio for many years and always been satisfied with their service and delivery. However, since trying to contact customer service - I will not be purchasing from this company again. Appalling customer service and delivery.
Shocking service
Shocking service. Ordered 8 prints, spending over €100 and received some random prints I never ordered and no idea where my order is. Sent in a complaint email a week ago and I have still not heard back.
Communications shocking
Prints arrived today without the frames ordered!!! No one to speak to on the online chat and after calling there is an automated message advising their phone lines are closed until 3:20pm but their normal closing hours are 4pm so I'm not holding out much hope! Prints look dull and certainly not worth what we paid for them, overall not a great experience and no details on how to refund that are easy to find. I have messaged their Instagram however judging by previous reviews they don't respond on that either.

Your delivery will not arrive in the UK
Beware - they use Evri in the Uk. It’s been over a month now and out of 3 parcels only 2 have arrived rendering the whole delivery pointless. Stock answers from customer service relating to delivery. Prints that did arrive are creased, dull, and printed on very poor paper. The frames are cheap held together with staples and arrived damaged. There was even a dead fly stuck to one of them that has stained the print. It’s a shame because I have 6 other offices that need gallery walls but I certainly will not be giving Desenio any more of my business.
Update: we have given up. Had refund for the order. Easily and without question the worst company I have dealt with so far in 2023

Submitted an order on December 31st. Desenio says delivery is within 3-7 working days, which have now passed. Still no updates on where my order is. Tried sending four emails to customer support but still no answer, their phone line is inactive. Tried contacting them on Facebook Messenger and Instagram. Nothing.
This is utterly ridiculous. Impossible to speak to anyone for help. Will never ever shop with them and I recommend everyone to do the same. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I will report them to the Trading Standards: they took my money, haven't delivered and are not replying to my enquiries. I encourage anyone whose order is missing and who has no update from Desenio to do the same.

Disappointing experience
Ordered 2 black picture frames and prints which arrived January 4th
First time experience and the last!
Both frames arrived damaged one frame split on corner the other frame's perspex which they claim is shatter proof has shattered on bottom left hand corner!
Rang customer service number but cannot get to speak to anybody. Have now rang over 15 times but still unable to get through.
I have also emailed 3 times including photographic evidence of damage and still no response.
Totally unacceptable and will never use this company again.
When they do decide I am important enough to respond to i will be looking for a refund.

Avoid- Payment taken but no goods received
Still waiting on order despite being advised it shipped on 30th November, they took full payment on 27th November . Customer Service phone line is closed and messages using their template are not responded to. Will be taking action to recover the £150 that they were quick enough to process from my account . Please avoid at all costs
Appalling
Appalling. Still waiting for my prints and frames. Expensive order not delivered. Sent FIVE messages to them and no reply, I am taking this much further. Their customer service is very bad. So NO ORDER NO REPLY NO REFUND.

AVOID IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A PRINT IN A TIMELY MANNER
Ordered a large expensive print from here with standard shipping 5-7 days max.
Looked at my tracking being told it is now a week away! Having ALREADY WAITED A WEEK. This totals to over two weeks waiting time. Jesus wish I’d used Amazon. Avoid at all costs. Have no idea if it will turn up at all since there is only automated customer service on their website.

WOW great customer service!!!! Monika handled my returns query with no problem at all I was missing a print and the delivery driver must of damaged one of the prints Desnio refunded straight away and are sending me another print (I am sending a picture of the damaged print) I was getting stressed id have to pay for a replaced frame and a damaged print but Monika made sure everything was sorted 5 Stars *****

I have ordered from Desenio twice. Love the huge range and variety of prints! The first print I ordered was good quality. The second print not as good quality. Customer service is good. Shame you have to pay for postage. But they have good sales on sometimes.

DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!
DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!! The print quality is awful (no where near as vibrant as the online images), the paper is cheap, and the packaging is careless (damaged images).
Their customer service is also non-existent. Despite having our money, our order number, and all our personal details, they are saying none of it counts as proof of purchase (what the hell?!), and are making it impossible for us to get a refund!!!
Ordered prints 10 days ago…still not here
Ordered prints 10 days ago. Still haven’t received them and Desenio haven’t responded to two emails sent over the past 3 days. Looking at recent Trustpilot reviews this seems a common theme. Poor customer service and such a shame as bought off them a few years ago and the quality of rye prints and speed of delivery was great. Obviously something has changed. Will buy from elsewhere in the future. Avoid at all costs.

Will never order again having previously ordered a few years ago and been impressed.
Placed an order on 14/10/22 for two prints and they still have not arrived! Tracking is saying 01/11/22 now but they are at the delivery hub so not sure why they would not be sent out for delivery. I will not be at all surprised if they don’t arrive and they end up “lost in transit”. The website advertises fast delivery 3-7 business days- this is definitely not the case.
They have lost a customer.
